I can help with running through an individual deal, putting together a 5-year property strategy, company structures, property strategies, running numbers, analysing deals, purchasing via a limited company, managing light refurbishments, dealing with trades, creating content, building your brand. Whatever your problem is, I'll help the best I can.
I'll also share some of my key contacts that make up my 'power team' of solicitors, brokers, accountants and those that I think are great people to wrap their arms and help protect and build your business, safely and sustainably.
What I can't do
I'm not an expert by any means, but that's not the point of this. I'm a huge fan of the 'one step ahead' mentorship model, where somebody who is doing the things that you want to do, but just a few months ahead can really help, I understand the problems you're struggling with, I'm going through them myself which is what makes this incredibly useful.
There is no magic bullet with property, it takes hard work and it's a real business that needs managing.

Before the session
You'll get a pre-work document to run through your experience today, your problems and what you'd like to get out of the session.
We only have an hour together and I'm keen to give as much value as possible in the full hour we have, so we'll dive straight in - I won't be asking about the weather or chit-chat at the beginning, this is where the pre-work document comes in handy so I can learn about your business and you, before jumping on the call so we can go straight into the problems and look to build solutions together, for you.
You'll need a pen and paper, or the ability to take digital notes. Information will fly at you thick and fast and the session will be recorded so you can go back to it in future.
